1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the B2Dubai platform, website, mobile application, or API services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Description of Service
B2Dubai provides business event intelligence, target account matching, attendee directories, sponsorship marketplaces, and community discussion feeds across Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts & Conduct
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account. You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, or systematically extract contact intelligence from the platform in violation of UAE federal cyber laws or international data regulations.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Pro and Enterprise subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis in UAE Dirhams (AED) or equivalent USD. Pricing terms and inclusions are outlined on our Pricing page. Cancellation of recurring memberships can be done at any time via Account Settings.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, platform interfaces, logos, and proprietary data algorithms are the exclusive property of B2Dubai and its licensors.
