Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your Pro Member or Enterprise recurring subscription at any time with zero penalty. Simply navigate to your Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Your premium features and remaining monthly contact credits will remain accessible until the end of your prepaid billing period.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Pro Annual)
For new annual Pro subscriptions, we offer a no-questions-asked 14-day refund guarantee from the date of initial purchase. If you feel B2Dubai has not provided sufficient intelligence or target account matches for your business, contact our billing desk within 14 days for a full refund.
3. Monthly Subscriptions & Contact Top-Ups
Monthly subscriptions and standalone contact credit top-up packs are non-refundable once activated or used, but recurring charges can be stopped instantly before any subsequent renewal date.
4. Event Organizer Sponsorship Fees
Payments made directly to third-party event organizers via the Sponsor Marketplace are subject to the individual organizer's contractual cancellation and refund terms.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund under eligible terms, please email [email protected] with your registered account email and transaction ID. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
